I am the sponsor... simple it says every documents that is not in French or English should be translated and have a certified copy of the original document... As the sponsor from what I see all I need to send is a photocopy of ID like Canadian birth certificate or Canadian passport... since it's already in English but they want a copy not the original... do you need to add a certified copy of the original document ?
 
No ,just make a regular copy and make sure its a readable.
