I would like to sponsor my brother from Jamaica to canada who is 19.
Our mother is deceased and our father is not around in our lives I have been raising him alone since.
I listed him on my spouseI sponsor application I am married to a Canadian citizen and my husband sponsor me one year ago. I am now living in canada and have my permanent resident and would like my brother to be with me here.
How can I go about getting him here ASAP

As you have a spouse, you can't sponsor your brother. He will need to qualify to immigrate on his own. If you have the finances, you should look at him applying for a study permit. If he takes a qualifying program that is at least 2 years long, he can then get a 3 year post grad work permit. That would give him more of a chance to gain the necessary work experience/education to immigrate.

As mentioned, you are not eligible to sponsor siblings since you have a Canadian spouse already.

The only way would be if you qualified to sponsor your father, you could do so and include your brother as a dependent in that app. But since you say your father is not in your life, this option is probably not possible for you.

I agree with above that study permit route to attend college/university in Canada is the best option if you have the finances to support it.
