Hi all i need some help pls...Im sponsor my husband to com to Canada but in his interview the told him he is refused a visa so now we will appeal
but i been told if we loose again in this appeal i can not reapply to sponsor my husband again is this true ?

If you lose the appeal and you reapply to sponsor your husband, you will be refused on the same grounds unless the situation has changed!

Our consultant told us that if we lose the appeal, our next option was to go higher... that is to appeal in Federal court. It would have cost us $7000...
