My friend at Manitoba and his wife are eligible to sponsor 1-1 person .

Now my friends confusion is :

If he can sponsor his friend i.e me whether his wife is still able to sponsor her brother ? Hope it will not get her barred from sponsoring her brother .

They can sponsor only one person at a time.
