No - being a sperm donor doesn't give you any special priviledges and won't let you change your status in Canada. You'll still be an international student just like you were before.

in my opinion he might be considered
"If a child born through surrogacy has a genetic link to one Canadian parent, Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) grants citizenship. If a genetic link cannot be confirmed, the child is not automatically a Canadian citizen(http://www.thestar.com/news/gta/2011/08/20/couple_fights_federal_surrogacy_policy_to_bring_their_boy_back_to_canada.html)
depending if he can prove that he is father of a Canadian citizen he may be considered for PR

Looks like you have very little understanding of PR rules. Having a Canadian citizen child does not qualify the parent for PR.
A parent can only obtain PR from their Canadian citizen child once that child has grown into an adult and has worked in Canada for a minimum of three years to qualify to sponsor the parent. So you're looking at a 20+ year wait best case scenario. And what you quoted above has nothing to do with passing status on from child to parent - it speaks to the opposite.
Having a baby with the girl will do absolutely nothing for your status in Canada. The girl however has the right to request that you pay child support. It does not matter if you agree now that it will not be the case. Even if you make a signed contract saying it, it will not hold up in court if she changes her mind about it.
However, if you get into a relationship with the girl and you live together for at least 12 months or you get married, she could sponsor you for PR.
