spelling mistake in LMO

HI,

I just received my LMO today.However i was shocked to see spelling mistake in my name in the LMO.
Now to rectify the mistake, what needs to be done.Does my employer need to resubmit the application or there is some other alternative way to make the necessary corrections.I probably guess the employer has used the A-LMO route to apply for the same.
Do let me know guys on the above and also the expected time it will take in either of the case.
