On MyCIC account beside Review of Submitted Documents, it is blank.
Even though they requested additional documents twice(beginning of October and beginning of November) which we both sent it. It is does say that Review of Eligibility is in Process.
When it's blank does this just mean they aren't updating it as they should be? or any idea or anyone have experience with what it means?

Mine 'Review of submitted documents' was always blank (although they never asked me for any additional information) - so dunno....
'Review of eligibility' is the first thing that goes to 'in progress' and it remain in that status until 'decision made'.
According to others (and me!), 'Background check' is the final stage in PA approval and can take anything from 1 day to a couple of weeks before the final 'decision made'.
