Hi guys. I applied to extend my study permit a month ago (expiry date is 12 dec). I am currently a PhD student here, and my wife is living outside of Canada. 10 days ago, she applied for her SOWP and we had attached copies of my current study permit along with the IRCC letter that confirmed that I have submitted an application to extend my study permit (it is still under process). Today, my wife received this letter (https://ibb.co/7JHS344) from IRCC. Should we send in the same old study permit with the submission confirmation letter given to by husband by IRCC of the extension application with a written explanation that the extension application is under process? Or is IRCC asking us to send in the new study permit when it comes?
