My SOWP visa got rejected 3 times under section 200(1) when I am in india do I need to reapply my SOWP from because right now I am in qatar working as a pharmacist.If I am applying now is there any chance of approval

Spouse got ITA under CEC and person is listed as non accompanying. Spouse should be sponsoring not applying for SOWP.

So the employment letter is to show that you are working in Canada with a NOC A, B or 0 job. Include your pay stubs.

Your spouse is the one who submits the Canadian job employment letter. What does your job experience have to do with SOWP?

I have 2 job experience in the same period.I submitted a job experience in a sowp and got rejected.But a mistake happened during second SOWP application submission. I submitted the second job experience this is different from the first one does it create any problem for the process

Confused…this is Canadian job experience. If not, what does it have to do with SOWP rejection.

Well you keep lying and putting different information on your applications, so technically yes. Whether VOs compare, hard to say. Don’t you have a spousal application too?
