Hi,

My spouse SOWP TRV visa is expiring in Dec 2023. She is not yet in Canada and planning to invite in July 2023. Since she is coming for the first time and will have less than 6 months to stay in Canada, does the airport border person give her work permit till 2024 based on my work permit ?
I have an open work permit till Oct 2024.
