Hi,

My husband works for NOC category type C in Canada currently. I would like to know if I am eligible to apply for Spouse Open Work Permit under his work visa? My husband's work visa will expire in February,2020.

Also, my husband had worked as an intern for 3 years in India after his graduation. The job was not a part of his graduation program and he was receiving stipend as well every month. Is this experience counted when he applies for PNP or PR? He also has his experience certificate mentioning his duration of work and stipend received by him.

Thanks in advance!

1. No, as his job is NOC C you are not eligible for a SOWP
