Hello everyone,
Need valuable suggestion.
I am studying MBA and my student visa is expiring in July and I will be finishing her studies in June.
I will apply for PGWP in July.
I want want to invite my husband and 4 years old son to Canada on SOWP.
Can I lodge their visa now or should she wait till application of PGWP?
Also do I need an NOC- B Level job to invite my husband once I am on PGWP?
Do I need to show any extra funds for son’s education or schooling in Canada?
Thanks for your valuable time.

You need 6 months left on your studies to get approved for an SOWP. You should apply when you apply for PGWP, have a a job in NOC 0, A or B and have 3 paystubs. No you don’t need to pay tuition for your child’s education unless it is preschool or post secondary education.
