Will my husband be eligible to work full time once we apply for his spousal open work permit. As in once he is on applied status.

Also, what is the clause if the final decision doesn't come before the expiry of the SOWP. Will he be able to stay inside Canada till the decision comes.

His sowp is expiring on April 2024.
