My study permit will soon expire, along with my husbands SOWP this July 2024. I just recently finished my program and I am not sure if I should apply for his extension because he is under an employer with LMIA.
Question:
Will he still be qualified to apply for an SOWP Ext if he is under an employer with LMIA or, he should transition into closed work permit?
