Did you get an Immigration consultant or you did by yourself? If, by an immigration consultant then he/she can tell you or you can email Delhi office first, they should tell you where your application is.

Hi, you can try to do Case Specific Enquiry, but they may or may not reply. But I will say it is worth trying atleast. The link for Case Specific Enquiry is below:
I talked to my immigration consultant today and he said he dropped one CSE last week and got no reply from cic so far. He will send another enquiry today. Also he doesn't know if my husband's file is being processed in Chandigarh or New Delhi . Should I try to call Delhi embassy myself? So frustrated and confused.

Just email here:
delhi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca , I emailed them and got a reply the very next day that my file is being processed in Chandigarh.
