Hello all. My wife is on work permit in canada , and i recently applied For my SOWP n Got refusal in JUNE 2023 and the reason they say that she is not working in NOC O , A or B ,
Now she has got her NOC B Work Permit 2 dayd Back .
So my question is in how many paystubs can i apply my Open Work Permit Again .

So my question is in how many paystubs can i apply my Open Work Permit Again .
You can reapply with her job letter saying she will be employed at least 6 months and she should show 3 paystubs but if you want to go ahead with one then take your chances.

  • Proof of your spouse’s or common-law partner’s status in Canada: If your spouse or common-law partner (as the principal foreign national) is a work permit holder, you may need to provide any of the following documentation:
    • A copy of the offer of employment or contract from your spouse’s current employer
    • Copies of their last three pay stubs
    • A copy of their work permit.
