Hello,
I am applying for SOWP online from outside Canada.

I also have a visitor visa and will come to Canada to visit my spouse (who holds a PGWP) for a few months.

What if during this time I receive PPR and approval for my SOWP? Can I submit my passport inside Canada?

From this CIC link, it seems they have office who receives passport for stamping but for inland applicants only: Where to submit your passport for your online temporary resident application
