Hi All.

Im applying for study permit under non SDS from UK and im a UK citizen. Need to ask how do i include my wife for her OWP and kids under 18 for their minor visas in my application.

We are applying together at the same time. Can anyone please suggest the forms for spouse OWP and for minor that i have to complete and submit at the same time along with my study permit application.
