Source Verification From medical council of Canada

Hi,
I am an international medical Graduate from Pakistan and now I am planning for Canadian immigration. To get the ECA I have to first apply for source verification. Now on the MCC site they have a condition that the date of issuance of transcript should be after the issuance date of Degree. Here I have received my transcript before my MBBS degree so can anybody help me in this regard. Any help will appreciated.
