Hi,
I have started applying for different universities in canada and hopefully after getting admission and after covid-19 situation normalizes i will apply for study permit. I have couple of questions that i need to ask regarding SOP.
1.Do i have to mention my dual intent? I dont have any Express entry and i havent ever applied for canadian visa
2. My employer in my home country has offerred me to hire me again if i come back after completing my studies. Do u think this can be used as strong connection to home country.
3. I live rent free in my grandparents house however i dont have papers for the property. Can i claim that I live in my own house.
4.do i have to provide bank statement showing my salary information? Or simple salary slips would do?
In order to apply for a study permit, you need to click on the following URL
https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/student.asp
and select the country of residence, you will see the list of documents needed to submit.
regarding your questions-
1. Do not mention anything like that. They have your background information.
2. That would definitely increase your home ties
3. You can say that you live in your ancestral/family house
4. Attach Bank statements and salary slips both for safer side. along with the list of documents requested by ircc

Hi,
Thanks for your reply I have one more question : can I apply for express entry FSW class immediately after getting my masters degree. I have 3 years experience so that wouldn't be a problem. My issue is most of degree programs i am looking at are of just one year that will give me just one year PGWP so i dont think i can Benefit from CEC class

Although I am not in a better position to answer this question. As far as I know you can definitely apply for the express entry . On a safer side look for masters courses of 2 years. So that you will receive 3 years of p g w p.
