I have already sent my visa application to IRCC but there's a small mistake in my IELTS reading score. It was written as score 7.5 whereas in my result sheet it's 7.0.
Should I raise a webform in GC KEY?

Yes. Update IRCC asap. Otherwise, it could be looked at as misrepresentation.
Update the related application form and include a letter/note of explaination of what is being corrected.
