Hi , I have learned that I should have more ties with my home country and therefore I decided to buy some stocks in my account and save some cash or something like that. Is VO prefer someone who have lots of assests to show their ties with home country? what if applicants sold them after getting study permit?

After you get the visa, doesnt matter what you do with you assets. Every visa officer looks for 4 things
1- Purpose of visit [25%]
Education, meeting, visit etc...
2- Finance [25%]
Bank statement, pay checks, job, investment certificate etc...
3- Home ties [25%]
Homes ties includes business or job in home country, car insurance or lease, property or land, home ownership, spouse and children if married, parents and siblings if unmarried, community membership, etc....
correct me if i am wrong, if you buy a lot of stocks, or deposit a large amount of money into your bank account just a little bit before submitting your application, VOs will not consider those are your 'ties', these actions are too suspicious....

Honestly Im curious about why these assets can be used to prove my ties to home country???

HOW you earned these assets is what the VOs are looking at.

Wrong. Stocks cannot be used to prove ties to any country. You can buy stocks from any market. If you buy US stocks from India, does that prove you have ties to the US?

of course he is talking about stocks in home country. you can also deposit/transfer money to an account in a third country, same as holding stocks overseas, I think neither of these are considered 'ties'. but again, how you were able to afford and sustain these assets for a long period of time are what interest the VOs the most
this is the summary in a nutshell -
