Recently I graduated in my university, information system tech engineering. Its my dream to work in canada.Approximately I worked +2 years in big corporate companies as a part time engineering. My main question is that how can I find a job in canada.I think Im better than junior level but I do not care position level at the beginning.I took some certificates like ITIL,MSCE and some oracle certs.(and also ielts overall 7)
Where should I start, I looking jobs on canada job sites without PR, I think nobody can hire me.Which path should I follow ? (by the way my 2 uncles canadian citizen, they can help me other things)
It's typically very difficult to find an IT job as a foreign worker (especially given how little work experience you have). To qualify for a work permit, you would have to find an employer willing to offer you a full time job and that employer would have to obtain an approved LMIA. There is no magic or easy way to find an employer if you want to try. It takes hard work without any guarantee of success. You have to search for jobs and apply for jobs through reputable job sites such as indeed.com.
PR is probably the better way to go if you qualify. Information about Canada's immigration programs is here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/apply.asp You will have to read about each program to determine what it takes to qualify and if you can apply. You may find it difficult to qualify given you are a new grad without too much work experience.
There is no much setting you apart.... maybe you can come to Canada to study a technical program? I think that is best than looking for a job as you do not have rare skills nor much experience. Look into that.

Do you any chance to come canada with job offers? Or only rational option is study programs? If it is do you have any suggestion for these study programs. For example I found some polytechnic universities, Like certificate programs (9-12 months).I found object oriented software development program (10 months) but after the program I can stay there? Or I can working in there? Im confuse
