Some question regarding my Express Entry profile

Hello readers, hope you are fine.
This post is aimed to get answer to few my confusion as i am planning to immigrate to canada under skilled worker program.
Profile
I am a Web Developer & Designer by profession. But as a full time job i have worked only for almost 1.5 years where as before the job i use to blog did many side project along with my studies and those project were production level projects so my first question is should i mention my work experience of job or my freelance career as well in the profile.
Q2: i have done BS Computer Science (4 Years) what is the equivalent education in Canada for my 4 years degree in Pakistan.
Q3: As i have mentioned earlier i am a web developer by profession but however i served one company as a Web developer for one year where as in my current job i am working as project manager and i use to help my team in writing the code (i.e do some work as a developer while being a project manager). So what should be my NOC Job title i believe this is Web Developer & Designer but i served on managerial post as well
