For Immigration fee online payment... does the sponsor create the account (register) or can the personal applicant create it too using their credentials? since principal applicant's card will be used.
Also clarify:
After sending the application package,
Do we create our separate MyCIC accounts?
Link our UCI's/ application numbers with our respective MyCIC accounts?
Does the online payment registration have any thing to do with these MyCIC accounts after the payment has been made?
I believe the sponsor has to pay all the fees, but could be wrong.
We only had the one CIC account and it showed all the important stuff so I imagine 2 would be identical. linking your application can be frustrating with CIC at the best of times and will take a few weeks after the ap is sent before you can link your application.
You will want to log into ECAS as well to check your application. You just use your application # for that as well, no account registration required for this, just use the sponsor or applicant info to sign in. The sponsor info will give you info for sponsor and applicant ant the applicant info will just give you that info.
No the online payment registration has nothing to do with your CIC account.
