With your experience can you help me with this? I have a quick question relating to the first step which is to send applications forms to CIO. I submitted my application on April 12th however i just realised that in the section where you must list all addresses you lived at since your 18th birthday i forgot to fill in the country for one of my addresses but i listed street address and town. also, besides my country of birth (Trinidad), i only lived in this country (Cayman Islands) for 6 months and i listed it every where else, for eg the section that asked for all the activities you did since your 18th birthday. my question is do you think this is a big mistake that will cause my application to be returned?

Nothing to worry , NS people only check for ministerial instructions, so ur application will be through 8).
Rectify theses mistake in ur 2nd application(sent along with full documents to CHC), give these minor details in cover letter. They don't care about such small typos.
I send my FSW application to CIO few days back, but in main duties section I did not attach separate sheet and only wrote summarized duties in the limited space provided on form. My NOC is 0213. Do you think that my application will be returned due to lack of detailed job description when it will be assessed against ministerial instructions?

agreed with DOGLOVER.... i have worked in a office which recieved the same amount of work load CIO does.... and its not cost effective to be mulling around each application checking minute details... they just check what is absolute critical which is ministrial instructions + all fields are filled???... My 2 cents... u will get ur AOR Inshallah.

Don't worry. If your summarized points match those of NOC its fine. If NOC title and your title is same then no problem. I also sent the summarized duties only (no seperate sheet)and I know many did same and got accepted. Be patient U will get your AOR soon.

Actually my title does not match with NOC title however I am performing 70% of the duties mentioned in this NOC.... plz pray for me, I wish i get approval, Inshallah.
cud u plz..suggest that what to write against NOC # as follows, should i write the my qualifying NOC i.e. 0213 or all the NOC i have for my application pls advise
