Dear Qorax,

Thanks a lot for your suggestions and advice. I am trying to relax and think about it objectively.

I had a doubt though. I agree that the time duration estimated by the CHC London is 3-4 months approx after the receipt of my medicals by them (as stated in their letter) and as you have also suggested that it takes approx 5-6 months for the security check/ background check to get over. I am in a doubt as to when I should email CHC London. My Indian PCC was made on November 16, 2009 and I guess it is valid for 6 months; which means that it will expire on May 15, 2010. Shall I will wait till after May 15, 2010 (expiration of PCC) or I should write to them as soon as the 4 month duration is over (i.e. April 9, 2010) ?

Do you think us sending them emails makes them look at us negatively and delay our process further?

Futher, my e-cas status shows that the file is "In Process" and that they have started processing it from July 15, 2009. I hope things work out, let's see what happens. I will keep you updated.

Best regards,
SKP

Hi SKP,

Your 'in box' is full, so am sending u the reply here:

Send as many as emails as u deem fit. It has no -ve bearing on your case file, be assured of that. At the fag-end of the processing one is genuinely concerned about one's case & thus, it is fully understandable that s/he would send email queries. Even if the VO writes u to be constrained with our queries... actually it makes no difference.

Once the PCC is sent to CHC, the validity is locked till 1 yr. even if it is actually expiring on paper... don't worry about that.

Send an email enquiry NOW...

All the best !
Qorax
