Skills transferability confused

hello I need some help

When I entered the express entry pool I had 432 ...I had a birthday and went to check how much my points had gone down expecting to see about 422...but I saw 370....my skills transferability had been cut in half from 50 in each category to 25 each..

Looking on the blogs I saw other persons with same problem and decided to withdraw profile and do another since it will expire mid September anyway....now it says I am ineligible...I can’t even enter the pool

I am so confused from the drastic cut in my points to me being ineligible

Please can anyone assist.

IELTS 8 overall

Masters degree equivalent through WES

Over 6 years experience senior management

Spouse - bachelors WES certified
IELTS 7.5 overall

But nothing change other my birthday ...how I go from 432 to 370 yo ineligible ?

Points distribution?
Eligiblity could be from you not putting tje right amount
Or maybe you wrote 8 instead of 40 hours/month as many do
Double check things

If it is a B'Day, points will be reduced by 5 only and that too only in the case of a principal applicant.
