Hello I am wondering about applying as a skilled worker I have 4 years cookery school in Spain and many years experience .
Is this a category Canada is looking for for skilled workers? Also is it possible with these skills to apply express enter?

And must the application take place while outside Canada ? Or am I able to apply while here on visitor visa .
I cannot see this information.

It doesn't matter where you are. However if you are in Canada, you must make sure you keep your status legal.
