I am permanent residence of Canada living in Saskatchewan since last 6 mths. Me and my spouse are both in Canada and my spouse wants his brother to migrate in Canada from India.
My brother in law has a graduate degree in hotel management. he has 2 years of experience in hotel management field. He also been in UK for 6 to 7 years.
Moreover, since last two year he is in financial field. He is certified Financial Planner and Certified Financial Analyst. He has his own office at this time.
Can somebody suggest that which category should get immigration ?
or what other way I can help to apply for his immigration ?
