I am a qualified plumber. Do i have to have arranged employment in order to apply as a skilled worker. Also if you are online Leon, what did you mean by licensing requirements.
Plumbers are on the list of 38 so you don't need a job offer.
Licensing requirements in Canada could mean that you have to take some kind of exam to show that you know what you are doing. They don't just take your word for it. In AB, a temporary worker can come in as a plumber but before 6 months, he has to pass the licensing exam. If he can't do this, he can go home. When you come in as a PR, they will not send you home but if you can't pass the exam, you can't work as a plumber.
