All applications from 10th April onwards will need to include IELTS at the time of applying.
1 year experience will fetch you 15 points (provided it is from the 38 desired oppucations as per NOC list) and it would then completely depend on other factors, if they are able to help you add up to a total of 67 points. I would recommend you evaluate the same to gauge possibilities.
Razorhedd is right..it depends on the other factors so start calculating those other factors so that you will know if you qualify. One year is enough but you have to have higher points in education, adaptability, ielts, and possibly work offer...
