just want to ask, so my nephew was skilled and its under SINP, so he got his visa (multiple, worker) but he already process his p.r which on going right now.. got his file# last year, so now, he went to poea in cebu they instruct him to provide all the requirement about POLO, my question is why he need a POLO verification if he will permanently exit in philippines?
