Is there anyone who managed to apply for the NB PNP Express Entry with missing 2 weeks in their 1 year work experience while also combining 2 different NOC levels (NOC 3 and 2)?

My employer is telling me they can't apply for my AIP application because NOC levels can't be combined but they're recommending PNP Express Entry which ALSO does not allow combining NOC levels. Permit is expiring end of Feb 2025.

I'm all out of hope
