hi everyone i have 2 querry
1. i am a skilled worker with noc b and i already have the approval from cio and my papers is in visa offices outside canada now my question is Can I apply for an open work permit while im waiting for the final decision of local visa office even if ny work permit is still valid for more than a year?
2. my bestfriend already been approve as AINP by alberta governent can he apply for an open work permit even if the work permit still valid for more than a year?
and if ee are allowed to what are the requirements?
