i need some advice from experienced members:
I'm having vast managerial experience in the filed of administration/operations and currently doing own small business in a gulf country and the same data was given to IRCC when i got TRV (had visited Canada last year and trv is still valid)
now the question is; can IRCC object and refuse work permit (either apply at the point of entry, inside Canada or from outside Canada) as i have confirmed unskilled job offer from an employer with pre-approved LMIA?
FYI, its not a scam as i have already given an interview and got approved. I got this job offer through a reliable source/reference and its a multi tasking job in the same industry in which I'm currently working and now the only issue is they have one approved LMIA under unskilled category, otherwise i would have to wait for a long time if they will apply LMIA in skilled category.
