i am in canada since dec 2012 and applied immigration in March 2013. there was no status since then (except "in process") however in Jan 2014 following has been changed.
can anyone help me understand how much time it usually takes for next steps.

hopefuly going towards positive end.
by the way my passport is expiring end of this year. do you think i shoudl apply new passport right away
do i need to get medical for my new born as well. i added my new born this week and visa office might have not added him yet.
the form they sent are only for me and my wife.
do i need to do medical for my new born as well ?
