So do you have a profile? If not, are you eligible with 67 points? Completed ECA and IELTS? What is your CRS score?
Immigration is expensive and not easy. Need proof of funds for the number of people in your family plus application fees, medicals, ECA, IELTS etc.

You sent a form to a law frim.. All they will say is that you may be eligible. Then you pay them money to do the work for you, if you want. You can do that yourself if you read the Express Entry requirements.

Assume you have full, legal custody. For 2 people, $17, 200. If invited, those funds must be shown in your account for at least 6 months prior to the application, and be maintained until landing. That does not include application, IELTS, WES, medical fees etc. or airfare to come to Canada.
Assume you have a Masters or 3 year degree.
