Just submitted my profile for CEC. I was surprised to get 50 points for foreign work experience when I don't have experience outside of Canada for my NOC. In the work history section I filled in all my work history with different NOC codes as it didn't specify.
Have I messed this up? Should I have only filled in the work history relevant to the NOC code I'm applying to? Should I be worried that they might see this as "misrepresenting" myself?
Any help would be appreciated!
I'm applying for NOC 1311 but I only have Canadian Experience of 1 year.
I worked in a different NOC code for 5years and I included this for my work history.

You will have to provide supporting documentation for any work experience claimed and for which you are receiving points, if you ever get an ITA and you apply.
There is no misrepresentation risk here, the only thing is you are acquiring a burden to prove the experience you are claiming and are receiving points for.
For instance, when I applied I did not claim any foreign experience because I was well above the cutoff without those points. The reasoning is, why going through all the hassle when you do need it?
It seems to me you don't really need those points since you weren't counting on them. But if you do, you just need to provide supporting evidence the same way as you will with your Canadian work experience.
