I'm now keeping my 3-year OWP and working full-time for 2 companies. One of the two agreed to sponsor JAL for me but they said that it may mean that I will need to change to CWP and have to resign from the other company.

I thought that I could use JAL to apply PR, no need to apply another CWP since I did have my OWP already. Does JAL require CWP before PR? Can anyone advise me on this?
