We are a family of three (7 years old kid). We received our ITA for the express entry program in December 2022, everything went fine and we applied after 16 days after receiving our ITA. One week later IRCC asked for the biometrics, wich we did, and the application was submitted officially online in the 5th of December. So this monday 5th of June, we officially close the 6 months of the waiting period Ircc is mentioning in the website. Do you think we will get our answer exactly this Monday or it can take more time for the agent to process our application? And is it a good sign that the agent didn't asked for further information or scans during all this period? Thank you in advance for your help

and i hired the service of an "immigration consulting office" so i don't have access to my GC key, they send me screenshots wheneverI ask.

it's taking really long for us, we've been waiting since the covid confinment in the pool with a high score (498), even after recieving an ITA, we have to wait again for maybe more than 6 months... yeah so .."express".

"Candidates need to fill-out the IMM 5669 form, Schedule A Background Declaration form in order to submit an application through family sponsorship and spousal sponsorship applications to become a sponsor for your spouse, common-law partner, or as well as a dependent child."

Nothing new. I'm at my 7th month.. This is getting really annoying.
I've talked to an agent, she informed me that i'm in the background check phase, no documents needed, no interview needed.
