Sister’ work permit affects my study permit?

Hi All,
If my sister is working in Canada(with a work permit, not PR) will that affect my study permit?
She is working in Ontario. I’ll be studying in Quebec. Please share your thoughts.

Yes having family in Canada creates more concern that you won’t be returning home and have longterm plans of remaining in Canada. Doesn’t mean you won’t be approved but it will be considered.
