Hi, my wife is currently in saskatchewan while I am in Otario and we are processing our SINP requirements. I have an LMIA on my employer and my wife has OWP and she found a job there with SINP. My questions are, Is it really necessary that I need to move in Saskatchewan too while processing our papers? What is the chance of refusal on our papers if I did not move there? We already decided to reside in Saskatchewan but Our situation is I have to keep our status here and it is from me, from my employer. In addition we are also in work permit extension wating for renewal decision.
