I hold an open work permit and a study permit (currently completing my PhD) simultaneously. I am working in tech and have a job approval letter from my employer (which falls under the tech talent noc). I want to apply for the SINP, I was wondering if I need to apply for a conventional SINP or tech talent pathway? Considering that I hold a study permit and work permit at the same time.
Please advise.
