I was hired for a full-time job, but I work less than 40 hours per week, and sometimes, when there is not much work, my company cuts back my hours to only about 32 hours a week. Is there a minimum number of hours that I must work in order to be “full-time”? we have a union in our company stating my status as a full time employee and they provide me with all benefits.
I have to file my sinp soon. so worried about this things.. pl guide me with proper info.
