I am sponsoring my brother to come to Saskatchewan. He has been nominated by SINP, and he has now received acknowledgement from federal CIC about receiving the application as well.
He is now waiting for medicals.
I have been in SK for 5 years and now I have better job opportunity to outside of of SK.
My question is: can I move out of SK while my brother is waiting for his medicals? Or do I need to be here until he lands here?

You need to be here until he lands.
You need to be here until he lands.
Thanks.
Do you think it will work if I work out of province remotely?
That is, physically staying in SK but work address outside SK?
Thanks.

As long as you are living and working (remotely) in Saskatchewan then you are fine. Your employer can be in a different province but you are still a tax resident of Sask.
