SINP - Qualification for Front Desk Executive

Hello friends,

I have come to know that the LMOs for Hotel/Hospitality industry has been stopped. As per my knowledge, it is applicable to TFW visa. My questions are:

1. Is it applicable to SINP employer stream program or any other PNP also? If yes, then does it mean that now onwards no Hotel/hospitality experienced person will be able to apply for Canada at all?

2. If no, then someone having 3 years of Hotel Management Diploma after 10th in India eligible to apply under SINP if he is being offered a job as Front Desk Clerk by a Sk employer?
