My husband got the job after his bachelor's and he continued with his master in MBA. Tatz how he have 10 + year experience.

So what is the NOC that matches the MBA? What is bachelor in? SINP has been sending PIUs for people who count their work experience before their degree. MBA is highest degree so SINP may not be considering work before that.

Don’t know title, but may be looking only at the experience from the MBA. Just guessing because don’t know profile.

In that case, what they do usually?
If we move abroad for anyother opportunity like UAE or KSA, do we need to inform them?

What do you mean by “what do they do”. Your application is in PIU. You wait for a decision. Application is either refused, given a ban or approved for nomination. Update your file if you are moving. You still need to maintain funds in the bank account until approved for PR.

I received PFL from PIU SINP, which I responded to immediately since 26th of May 2024. I am yet to get an update and I have been on this processing since 2022. Please how can anyone help me on how to contact PIU SINP in Saskatchewan

However, since July 2023, my file has been on hold, and I received a Procedural Fairness Letter (PFL) in March 2024. Since then, there have been no updates.

Has anyone else experienced something like this? If so, how long did it take to get an update after the PFL, and what steps did you take?
