I am preparing myself to apply for SINP - OID, every thing is ok except for proof of fund.
I have active account with much deposits and withdrawals, monthly amount of 10,000 CAD being deposited every month but also much withdrawals as balance being less than 5,000 CAD most of the time.
this week I am anticipating to get an amount of 15,000 CAD to my current balance which will exceed the 4 persons threshold of 22,500 CAD that I should have.
If I have applied using this account, I would be ok or there is a big risk of rejection?
Is there any chance to write some justification to them as already I have assets and investments with a value of 400,000 CAD which could be liquidated but not cashable as per their definition.
They are very strict about that. They will reject it after 5 to 6 months and your application fee 300 CAD will be seized. Means wastage of time and money.
I have required Proof of funds in my savings account which are deposited after closing my fixed deposits. But the problem is the funds in my savings account are not three months old. However, the term deposits which are closed are more than three months old and are on my spouse name.
Can I show both term deposit and savings account statements to claim my POF for SINP with a letter of explanation?
