SINP minimum stay time

Hello all,
Finally my brother got his passport with visa for Canada. He got the SINP.
I have few questions:
1. How many days they have to stay in Saskatoon? I mean is there any fixed time that they have to spend in Saskatchewan ?
2. If they leave Saskatchewan can i claim points for my brother?

1. Your brother has to show that he settled and tried to find employment.
2. For EE, you can claim points. For SINP, no.
